126 N Main St sits prominently on Orrville’s main thoroughfare in the heart of the Main Street Orrville district.  The building was erected in 1894 by Perry E Sherman and has previously housed the office of Dr. Lower, M.D., Sherman Leather & Harness Store, Flinn Pool Room, Lytle Picture Show, Meat Market, and various insurance offices.

The inside is already divided into separate offices with a small reception counter.  126 N Main St’s facade underwent an extensive upgrade in 2006 to include new, thermopane storefront windows and exterior painting.
